自定义消息的合并转发

前提： 必须使用IMKit 的源码，否则无法修改转发规则。

1.在 combine.json 中添加您的自定义消息，以保证允许起生成html

2.在 CombineMessageUtils 的 getHtmlFromMessageContent 方法中仿照源代码，将您自己的自定义消息填写进去

3.在ForwardManager 中的 allowForward 中将您的自定义消息设置为允许转发
